NATO imposes severe economic sanctions on Russia

NATO has said that it stands in solidarity with Ukraine. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said in a televised statement that NATO allies in close coordination with EU and other partners all over the world, are imposing severe economic sanctions on Russia.
Ukrainian President Zelenskyto offer support. In a televised statement on Ukraine, Johnson said, their worst fears have come true.
Russia has unleashed war in Europe and attacked a friendly country without any provocation or credible excuse.
Turkey has also expressed solidarity with the Ukraine, saying it will continue to support its territorial integrity.
European Commission Chief Ursula von der Leyen said in a televised address, President Putin is responsible for bringing war back to Europe and the EU would impose new sanctions on Russia.
Iran on the other hand said, the war in Ukraine is caused by "NATO's provocative actions".
