TCS Smart Hiring
Leading software company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched a smart hiring program for the students who are just passed out. Candidates selected for this program will be given training and job opportunities will be provided within TCS.
Qualifications
Candidates who have passed BCA, B.Sc., Vocational Studies (CS & IT) courses in 2020 and 2021 as well as those who have completed the relevant degree courses in 2022 can apply for this program. Candidates should have achieved at least 50% marks in Class X, Inter, BSc / BCA / Vocational courses. Also academically there should not be a gap of more than two years in total.
TCS Smart Hiring: Selection procedure
Written test and interviews will be conducted for the candidates who have applied and the final selection will be made. TCS offers specialized training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), AR, and VR to experts. Candidates who have successfully completed this training will be finalized for appointment as full-time employees in the company. Those who join also have the opportunity to study while performing their duties.

TCS Hiring: Test procedure
The exam, conducted as part of the TCS Smart Hiring Program, consists of 80 questions. The test time is 120 minutes. Questions are asked from all three sections. There will be Numerical Ability – 26 questions, Verbal Ability – 24 questions, and 30 questions from Reasoning Ability.
Numerical Ability

Verbal Ability
The 24 questions asked from this section must be completed within 30 minutes. Spotting the Errors, Antonyms, Spelling, Order of Words, Change of Voice, Verbal Analysis, Synonyms, Sentence Improvement, Ordering of Sentences, Close Test, Oneword Subtitles, Selecting , Idioms, questions from Change of Speech.

Reasoning Ability
Find the answers in 30 minutes to the 30 questions asked from this section. This includes statement and argument, direction sense, series, visual / spatial reasoning, figurative and factual analysis, analogy, coding – decoding, blood relations, puzzles, logical vein diagram based decimal statement, The letter contains questions from a series of topics.
