ఏపీని దేశంలోనే నంబర్ 1 మెరైన్ స్టేట్గా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. ఈ మేరకు ఈ నెల 21వ తేదీన జాతీయ మత్స్య దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా అహ్మదాబాద్లో కేంద్ర మంత్రి చేతుల మీదుగా ట్రోఫీ, సర్టిఫికెట్తో పాటు అవార్డును ప్రదానం చేయనున్నారు.
