The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has been given permission to conduct the interviews as per the schedule. The selection process can also be completed after the interviews. However, it was clarified that the final results of the candidates will be subject to HC final judgement. APPSC has been directed to inform the selected candidates about this. As well as the answer sheets of the petitioners, the details of the marks obtained by them were requested to be forwarded to them in sealed cover. The next hearing was adjourned to July 14. Justice Boppudi Krishnamohan issued interim orders to this effect. It is known that the petitioners claimed APPSC, which had evaluated the manual as per the directions of the High Court, had not followed proper procedures and there had been large-scale corruption and irregularities in the evaluation of the manual.

The judge said in his order that there were serious allegations against APPSC. The petitioners allege that the APPSC first evaluated manually and then subverted and re-evaluated it. It is therefore necessary to file a counterclaim with full details of the matter. The petitioners allege that in the past huge expenditure was incurred for digital evaluation and later for manual evaluation. However, the allegations were vehemently denied by a senior lawyer for the APPSC at an early stage. The High Court has directed the APPSC in 2021 to amend the answer sheets in the manual evaluation process so that the results of the Group I Mains examination can be disclosed.
How to Prepare for TSPSC Group 1?
"Already 325 candidates have received call for interview. APPSC should therefore be given the opportunity to complete the selection process. But here the interests of the petitioners also have to be safeguarded. We therefore allow the APPSC to continue the interviews as scheduled and to complete the selection process. The results of the selection process will be subject to the judgment given in these cases, ”the judge said in his order.
