APPSC appoints new chairperson after a long wait. Check details.

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has appointed retired IPS officer Anuradha as its new chairperson. The Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar has issued orders in this regard. She previously served as the Intelligence Chief and Secretary in the Home Department.

It is known that Gautam Sawang had resigned from the chairman post earlier after the TDP came into power, and the position has remained vacant since then.
