సబ్‌ ఇంజనీర్‌ పోస్టులకు ఎంపిౖకైన అభ్యర్థులకు న‌వంబ‌ర్ 14వ తేదీన (సోమవారం) నియామక పత్రాలను అందజేయడంతో ఈ పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియ దాదాపుగా ముగిసింది. 

ఆ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను రద్దు చేసి..
దీంతో జేఎల్‌ఎం నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీపై సంస్థ యాజమాన్యం కసరత్తు ప్రారంభించనుందని అధికారవర్గాలు తెలిపాయి. ఈ న‌వంబ‌ర్‌ నెలాఖరులోగా లేదా వచ్చే నెల తొలివారంలో నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ఇచ్చే అవకాశాలున్నాయని చెబుతున్నారు. వాస్తవానికి వెయ్యి జేఎల్‌ఎం పోస్టుల భర్తీకి గత మే 9న సంస్థ యాజమాన్యం నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసి, జూలై 17న రాతపరీక్ష నిర్వహించింది. అయితే రాత పరీక్షలో అవకతవకలు చోటు చేసుకోవడంతో ఆ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను రద్దు చేసినట్టు గత ఆగస్టు 25న సంస్థ యాజమాన్యం ప్రకటించింది.

181 మంది అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి రూ.లక్షల్లో డబ్బులు వసూలు చేసి..
రాష్ట్ర విద్యుత్‌ సంస్థలకు చెందిన కొందరు ఉద్యోగులు ఏకంగా 181 మంది అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి రూ.లక్షల్లో డబ్బులు వసూలు చేసి పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల్లో వారికి సమాధానాలు చేరవేసినట్టు నిర్ధారణ కావడంతో యాజమాన్యం పరీక్ష రద్దుకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఈ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి మరోసారి నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేస్తామని ప్రకటించింది. ఇదిలా ఉండగా, కొత్తగా నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసిన తర్వాత అభ్యర్థులు మళ్లీ ఫీజులు చెల్లించి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుందని అధికారవర్గాలు తెలిపాయి.

విద్యుత్‌శాఖలో జూనియర్‌ లైన్‌మన్‌ (జేఎల్‌ఎం) పోస్టులు దళారులకు వరంగా మారాయి. నిరుద్యోగులను నమ్మించి డబ్బులు గుంజేందుకు గ్రూపులుగా ఏర్పడిన కొందరు వేలం పెట్టారు. టీఎస్‌ఎస్పీడీసీఎల్‌లో 1,000 జేఎల్‌ఎం పోస్టుల భర్తీకి వెలువడిన నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను ఆసరాగా చేసుకుని.. అందులో పనిచేస్తున్న కొందరు.. ఉన్నతాధికారుల పేర్లు చెప్పి వసూళ్లకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు.

దరఖాస్తు చేయడం మొదలు పరీక్ష రాసి ఉద్యోగం వచ్చే వరకు..

ఈ దళారులకు కొందరు అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నేతలు తోడయ్యారు. దరఖాస్తు చేయడం మొదలు పరీక్ష రాసి ఉద్యోగం వచ్చే వరకు అంతా తామే చూసుకుంటామని అందినకాడికి దండుకున్నారు. రాత పరీక్ష సందర్భంగా పలు అవకతవకలు వెలుగుచూడగా.. ఉమ్మడి వరంగల్‌కు చెందిన పలువురు బాధితులు చేసిన ఫిర్యాదు మేరకు స్పెషల్‌ ఆపరేషన్‌ టీమ్‌ (ఎస్‌ఓటీ) రంగంలోకి వరంగల్‌లో ఆరా తీస్తుండడం కలకలం రేపింది.
               ఎస్పీడీసీఎల్‌లో 70 అసిస్టెంట్‌ ఇంజనీర్లు, 201 సబ్‌ ఇంజనీర్లు, 1,000 లైన్‌మన్‌ పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేసేందుకు నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల చేసిన విష‌యం తెల్సిందే. ఇందులో జేఎల్‌ఎం కోసం మే 19 నుంచి దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించారు. 2022 జనవరి 1 నాటికి 18 నుంచి 35 ఏళ్లలోపు ఉన్న ఉన్నవారు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే అర్హత ఉండగా, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ వారికి ఐదేళ్ల వయోపరిమితి సడలింపు ఇచ్చారు. వెయ్యి జేఎల్‌ఎం పోస్టుల కోసం 35,312 మంది దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు. ఉమ్మడి వరంగల్‌లోని హనుమకొండ, వరంగల్, జనగామ జిల్లాలతో పాటు, హనుమకొండలో నివాసం ఉండే కరీంనగర్‌ జిల్లా హుజూరాబాద్, సైదాపూర్, జమ్మికుంట ప్రాంతాలకు చెందిన పలువురు కూడా ఇందులో ఉన్నారు.

రూ.3.50 లక్షల నుంచి రూ.5 లక్షల వరకు..
ఎస్‌పీడీసీఎల్‌ హైదరాబాద్‌లో పని చేస్తున్న హనుమకొండకు చెందిన కొందరు ఉద్యోగులు, ఉద్యోగసంఘాల నాయకులు ఉద్యోగాలు ఇప్పిస్తామంటూ రూ.3.50 లక్షల నుంచి రూ.5 లక్షల వరకు బేరం పెట్టారు. కొందరు మొత్తం.. ఇంకొందరు అడ్వాన్స్‌గా చెల్లించి.. రాత పరీక్షకు హాజరయ్యారు. డబ్బులు తీసుకున్న వారు ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం రాత పరీక్షకు సహకరించకపోగా, కనిపించకుండా పోవడంతో బాధితులు పోలీసులను ఆశ్రయించారు.

PAPER A: I.T.I (Electrical Trade) – 65 Marks

1. Fundamentals of electricity: Electrical occupational safety, tools, Ohms law, Kirchoffs law, series, parallel, Kirchoffs law and star delta, problems – Electrostatics and capacitors. Earthing principles and methods of earthing.
2. Batteries: primary and secondary, lead acid cells, methods of charging - testing and application of batteries, invertors, battery chargers and maintenance
3. Magnetism: Magnetic materials and properties - laws of magnetism – electromagnetism, electromagnetic induction
4. Fundamentals of AC: Simple problems of AC fundamentals, power, power factor, single phase and three phase circuits
5. Basic Electronics: Electronic components, rectifiers, amplifiers, oscillators and power electronic components
6. DC Machines: construction, working principle and simple problems on DC generators and motors, speed control and applications of DC motors – windings
7. Transformers: construction, working principle, basic concepts and simple problems on transformers – windings – auto transformers, power transformers, CT & PT
8. AC Machines: basic concepts, construction principle and simple problems on three phase and single phase induction motor, universal motor, alternators, synchronous motors and their applications and windings - concept of power electronic drives

దక్షిణ తెలంగాణ విద్యుత్‌ పంపిణీ సంస్థ (టీఎస్‌ఎస్పీడీసీఎల్‌) భర్తీ చేయనున్న జూనియర్‌ లైన్‌మెన్‌ (జేఎల్‌ఎం) పోస్టులకు 10 ఏళ్ల గరిష్ట వయోపరి మితి సడలింపును వర్తింపజేయడం లేదు. విద్యుత్‌ స్తంభాలను ఎక్కి అత్యంత ప్రమాదకర పరిస్థితిలో విధులు నిర్వహించే జూనియర్‌ లైన్‌మెన్‌కు శారీరక దారుఢ్యం అత్యంత ఆవశ్యకమని, అందువల్ల ఈ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఎలాంటి సడలింపు ఇవ్వరాదని టీఎస్‌ఎస్పీడీసీఎల్‌ నిర్ణయించింది.
