The AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (Gurukulam) has decided to take up state level admissions for the academic year 2024-24 from class 6th and backlog vacancies for 7th, 8th and 9th classes into 28 EMR Schools through written test on merit basis.

APTWREIS Admission 2024 - Age Limit: The minimum and maximum age limit (as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought) for admission in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools in various classes is given below:

APTWREIS Admission 2024 - Selection Procedure: Admission for Class VI shall be made strictly on the basis of an entrance test called Eklavya Model Residential school Selection Test (EMRSST) and basis of the 28 options exercised by student in the online application registration.

APTWREIS Admission 2024 - How to Apply?

All the eligible students shall submit the filled applications through online aptwgurukulam.ap.gov.in (or) approach the nearby Gurukulam institutions with all details to fill the application and handover it to the principal.
The Principals in turn shall upload the application through online.
