Telangana Dussehra School Holidays 2024: 

The Telangana Education Department has announced Dussehra holidays for all government and private schools from October 2 to October 14, 2024. Schools will reopen on October 15. After the holidays, Summative Assessment exams will be conducted, and school principals have been instructed to assign homework related to the exams.

Andhra Pradesh Dussehra School Holidays 2024: 

In Andhra Pradesh, the government has declared a 10-day holiday for both government and private schools from October 4 to October 13, 2024, in celebration of Dussehra. Dussehra and Sankranti are major festivals in the Telugu states. The Andhra Pradesh government has officially announced the Dussehra holidays for all schools in the state. Education Minister Nara Lokesh had previously included this in the AP academic calendar.

Additionally, Diwali, which falls on October 31, 2024 (Thursday), will be a holiday for all schools, colleges, and offices. However, for government and private offices, there will only be a holiday on Dussehra day itself.
