TSPSC Group 4 Certificates Verification Process 2024 : గ్రూప్‌-4 సర్టిఫికెట్‌ వెరిఫికేషన్‌ తేదీలు ఇవే.. ఈ Certificates ఉండాల్సిందే..

ఒకవేళ స‌మ‌యాల్లో ఎవరైనా సర్టిఫికేషన్‌కు మిస్‌ అయితే ప్ర‌త్యేకంగా వీరికి  ఆగ‌స్టు 24, 27, 31 తేదీల్లో వెరిఫికేషన్‌ నిర్వహిస్తామని తెలిపారు. అభ్యర్థులు వెరిఫికేషన్‌కు హాజరుకావాల్సిన రోజువారీ తేదీలను కమిషన్‌ అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్‌ https://www.tspsc.gov.in/లో పొందుపరిచింది. 8,180 గ్రూప్‌-4 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ నోటిఫికేష‌న్ ఇచ్చిన విష‌యం తెల్సిందే.
☛ ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు వచ్చే అభ్యర్థులు తప్పనిసరిగా వెబ్‌ ఆప్షన్స్‌ నమోదు చేసుకోవాలని సూచించింది. వారిని మాత్రమే విడతల వారీగా ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలనకు అనుమతిస్తామని కూడా టీజీపీఎస్సీ కమిషన్‌ స్పష్టం చేసింది. 

☛ కులధ్రువీకరణ, బీసీ నాన్‌ క్రీమీలేయర్, దివ్యాంగ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలు, ఒకటో తరగతి నుంచి ఏడో తరగతి వరకు స్టడీ/నివాస ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం, ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ అభ్యర్థులు 2021-22 ఏడాదికి సంబంధించిన ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రంతోపాటు అవసరమైన పత్రాలన్నీ సిద్ధం చేసుకుని.. రెడీగా ఉంచుకోవాలని తెలిపింది. సర్టిఫికెట్స్‌ వెరిఫికేషన్‌ సమయంలో తప్పనిసరిగా ఈ పత్రాలన్నీ సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుందని పేర్కొంది.

గ్రూప్‌-4 సర్టిఫికేట్ వెరిఫికేషన్‌కు కావాల్సిన డాక్యుమెంట్స్ ఇవే..

1) వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో సూచించిన ప్రకారం చెక్ లిస్ట్ (1 సెట్) ఉండాలి.

2) దరఖాస్తు సమయంలో సమర్పించి అప్లికేషన్ ఫామ్ (పీడీఎఫ్) ప్రింట్ కాపీ  

3) పరీక్ష హాల్‌టికెట్

4) పుట్టినతేదీ ధ్రువీకరణ కోసం పదోతరగతి మార్కుల మెమో. 

5) 1 నుంచి 7వ తరగతి వరకు స్టడీ సర్టిఫికేట్లు లేదా ప్రైవేట్/ఓపెన్ స్కూల్‌లో చదివిన అభ్యర్థులైతే రెసిడెన్స్/స్థానికత సర్టిఫికేట్ ఉండాలి. 

6) డిగ్రీ లేదా పీజీ ప్రొవిజినల్/ కాన్వొకేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్, మార్కుల మెమో. 

7) ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ కమ్యూనిటీ క్యాస్ట్ సర్టిఫికేట్ (అందులో తల్లిదండ్రుత పేర్లు తప్పనిసరిగా ఉండాలి).

8) బీసీ వర్గానికి చెందినవారైతే నాన్-క్రీమిలేయర్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఉండాలి. ఇతర బీసీ సర్టిఫికేట్లు అంగీకరించరు.

9) రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులగుతై వయోపరిమితి సడలింపు కోసం సర్వీస్ సర్టిఫికేట్/NCC  ఇన్‌స్ట్రక్టర్/ఎక్స్-సర్వీస్‌మెన్ సర్టిఫికేట్/ సెన్సస్ సర్వీస్ సర్టిఫికేట్ కలిగి ఉండాలి. 

10) పీహెచ్ సర్టిఫికేట్ 

11) ఇన్-సర్వీస్ అభ్యర్థులైతే NOC తప్పనిసరి. 

12) గెజిటెడ్ ఆఫీసర్ సంతకం చేసిన రెండు సెట్ల అటెస్టేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్ కాపీలు ఉండాలి. 

13) నోటిఫికేషన్‌ సమయంలో పేర్కొన్న అన్ని ఇతర సర్టిఫికేట్లు తీసుకురావాలి. 

TSPSC Group 4 Certificates Verification Documents to be Submitted : 

• Submitted Application (PDF): Two copies (Downloadable from the Commission’s website).
• Hall Ticket.
• Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo).
• School Study Certificate from 1st to 7th Class or Certificate of Residence/Nativity (for candidates who studied privately or in open school).

Certificates : 

• Provisional and Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo: For Graduation/Post Graduation as required.
• Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate): Issued by the Telangana Government with the Name of Father or Mother.
• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC Community Candidates: With Father’s or Mother’s Name (single parent allowed) as per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt. of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Dept, Dt: 18-12-2015 / G.O.Ms.No.20 BCW (OP) Dept. dated:31/10/2017 (Format available on the Website).
  • Note: OBC Certificate is not allowed.
  • Note: For Married Women, Certificates with Husband’s Name are not allowed.
• EWS Certificate: Issued for the Financial Year prior to the Year of Notification (i.e., Financial Year 2021-2022) by the competent authority of Telangana Government.

Additional Documents (If Applicable) : 

• Proof of Age Relaxation: For Telangana Government Employees (Regular), NCC instructors, Retrenched Census Service, Ex-Servicemen (relevant service certificates from concerned departments).
• PH Certificate (SADERAM Certificate).
• NOC from Employer: For in-service candidates.
• Attestation Forms: Two copies duly signed by a Gazetted Officer (Downloadable from the Commission’s website).
• Declaration of Unemployment.
• Declaration as Hindu: For Post Code-70.
• Other Relevant Documents: As per Notification No.19/2022, Dated: 01/12/2022.
• Medical Certificate: For candidates eligible and applied for Post Code No.’s 94 & 95, attested by the Appellate Medical Authority not below the rank of Civil Assistant Surgeon for Physical Measurements.
• Latest Passport Size Photos: Three copies.
