Moreover, recognizing the challenges posed by rising temperatures and the scorching sun, the Telangana government has made provisions for one-day classes starting March 15th. This decision aims to mitigate the discomfort caused by the heatwave, particularly affecting students and citizens. These half-day classes will be in effect until April 23rd for all government, private, and aided schools in the state.

During these sessions, which run from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, special arrangements are made for schools conducting 10th-class exams, with afternoon classes scheduled following a midday meal. Additionally, the Andhra Pradesh government is deliberating on implementing similar half-day class schedules for its schools, with details expected to be announced soon.
