2) 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Review Notes (Light Subject)

  • Begin with a light subject, like Chemistry, to gently ease into study mode.
  • Use this time for revising notes, key formulas, and concepts you’ve already studied. This warm-up session helps activate your memory without overwhelming you at the start of the day.

3) 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Study Major Subject (Harder Topic)

  • Dive into a challenging subject or topic that requires more concentration (e.g., Physics or Mathematics).
  • Focus on complex problem-solving or new concepts. Take notes and try to solve examples and exercises.
  • Avoid distractions to get the most out of this focused, intensive study session.

4) 11:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Break

  • Take a 15-minute break to recharge. Step away from your study space, stretch, and hydrate yourself.
  • You could take a short walk or do some quick exercises to refresh your mind.

5) 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM: Study Another Subject

  • Move on to a different subject, such as Chemistry or Mathematics, to keep your mind engaged.
  • Tackle topics that are moderately challenging. Keep your focus sharp and try to complete specific goals within this session.

6) 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch Break and Relaxation

  • Take a full hour for lunch. Eat a nutritious meal to restore energy.
  • Spend some time relaxing or engaging in a quick leisure activity. Avoid screens and allow your mind to rest before diving back into studies.

7) 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Study a Third Subject

  • Use this session for the third subject of the day. Rotate among Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for variety.
  • Focus on completing a set number of exercises or covering a specific section of the syllabus.

8) 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM: Break

  • Take another short 15-minute break. Stretch, hydrate, or do a quick breathing exercise to recharge for the next session.

9) 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM: Review Notes or Lighter Topics

  • This is an ideal time for lighter tasks like reviewing previous topics or solving less complex questions.
  • Focus on revising formulas, understanding concepts, or solving practice questions you may have struggled with before.

10) 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Exercise/Leisure

  • Use this hour for physical exercise or leisure activities to refresh your mind and body.
  • Go for a jog, practice yoga, play a sport, or simply relax. Physical activity helps relieve stress and boosts concentration.

11) 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Dinner

  • Have a balanced dinner to fuel your body for the evening study session.
  • Keep it light yet filling to avoid feeling sluggish.

12) 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Light Reading or Revision

  • Use this time for light revision or reading. Go over key concepts, summaries, or formulas in a relaxed manner.
  • This can also be a good time to solve a few practice questions or review concepts you need to solidify.

13) 9:30 PM: Wind Down and Prepare for Sleep

  • Begin winding down around 9:30 PM. Avoid screens and engage in relaxing activities to signal your body that it’s time to rest.
  • Get to bed at a reasonable time to ensure a full night’s rest, as proper sleep is essential for memory retention and concentration.

Tips for Following the Schedule:

  • Consistency is Key: Stick to your schedule daily to build a habit.
  • Adjust as Needed: Feel free to make minor adjustments based on personal preference or subject difficulty.
  • Prioritize Health: Take breaks, hydrate, eat healthy meals, and get enough sleep to keep yourself physically and mentally fit for intensive preparation.
  • Set Goals: Each study session should have clear goals (e.g., complete a chapter, solve a set number of problems) to keep you focused and motivated.
  • Stay Positive: Avoid stress and maintain a positive outlook towards preparation. Celebrate small milestones and acknowledge your progress.

By following this structured schedule and staying disciplined, you can effectively manage your JEE Main preparation and build the confidence needed for the exam.
