TS EAMCET 2021 BiPC Counselling Procedure

Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical (Pharmacy, Veterinary etc.,) Common Entrance Test-2021 (TS EAMCET-2021)are informed to participate in web counselling for the seats available in B Pharmacy, Pharm D, Pharmaceutical Engineering and Bio-Technology Courses for the academic year 2021-22.

The counseling process starts on Dec 1st and ends on Dec 10th for 1st phase.

TS EAMCET 2021 BiPC Counselling Procedure

Step 1: Registration and Fee Payment: First candidates have to visit the official website or visit helpline centres as per their ranks for registration and pay the requisite processing fee. Update the information and pay the Processing Fee of Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST) and Rs. 1200/- (for others) through online payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) / T-Walle
Step 2: Verification of Documents: In this step, candidates need to verify their documents at the helpline centres. During the verification process candidates will have to verify their Aadhaar Card, fingerprint biometric with UIDAI at the helpline centres.
Step 3: Choice Filling: In the third step, candidates will be required to fill their choice of colleges and courses in the order of their preference.
Step 4: Seat allotment Login: The authority has opened the seat allotment window through the candidate login portal. Login using the login ID and hall ticket number to know the status of the seat allotment. Download TS EAMCET 2021 seat allotment letter in PDF format and get at least 2 printouts of the same for appearing in the seat allotment rounds.
Step 5: Seat acceptance: Shortlisted candidates called for TS EAMCET counselling 2021 must accept their seats allotted in the respective institute. The seat acceptance has to be done via the official portal. After seat acceptance, candidates have to report to the allotted institute along with the documents. During the seat allotment procedure, candidates must pay the tuition fees using any online payment gateway (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) and obtain the admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
Step 6: Self Reporting System: The joining report will be generated online for selected candidates. This report will carry the admission number that the aspirants must note down and download the same. The admission number along with joining report must be produced at the allotted institute in order to confirm admission.
Step 7: Final Reporting at Allotted Institutes: All participants must report physically to the allotted institute for confirming their admission. Along with the allotment letter, they have to carry requisite documents in original for verification.
