Candidates appearing for the Constable Preliminary Written Exam must follow these instructions
☛ Candidates should take a print of the downloaded hall ticket.
☛ The rules to be followed by the candidates should also be printed on the other side of the paper.
☛ Candidates should paste the uploaded photo on the hall ticket at the time of application. Even if something else is affixed or the hall ticket is incomplete, the candidate will not be allowed into the examination hall.
☛ If candidates come even one minute late, they will not be allowed to enter the exam centers.
☛ Candidates digital fingerprint will be taken while writing the exam.
☛ There will be no facility to store the materials of the candidates at the examination centres.
☛ No electronic devices including wrist watches are allowed in the centres.
☛ Hall tickets should be preserved till the recruitment process is completed.

TS Police Constable Preliminary Exam Pattern
The Constable Preliminary Exam will consists of 200 questions for 200 marks and duration is three hours. Questions will be asked from all eight sections. They are English, Arithmetic, General Science, History of India – Culture – Indian National Movement, Theories of Geography – Indian Geography – Polity – Economy; Contemporary topics of national and international importance, Reasoning/Mental Ability, topics of Telangana state. Of these, except for English, the rest of the sections have been given the flexibility to answer in Telugu or Urdu.
