The Telangana state government has issued a circular on December 28 regarding 10th class exams 2023.
It is known that in 2021, due to the corona epidemic, the government has decided to conduct 10th class exams with 6 papers instead of 11 papers. Also in 2022, the tenth class exams were conducted with only 6 papers. Now the government has given permission to conduct the exams for only six papers in 2023 as well.
10th class public exams will be conducted from 3rd April. While 3.20 hours is allotted for science exam, 3 hours is the exam time for all other subjects. Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy said that this time the exams will be conducted with 100% syllabus. Pre final exams should be conducted in the months of February and March.
TS 10th Class 2023 Time Table
- April 3, 2023: First language paper (Group-A), First language paper-I (Composite Course), First language paper-II (Composite Course)
- April 4, 2023: Second Language
- April 6, 2023: Third Language English
- April 8, 2023: Mathematics
- April 10, 2023: Science (Physical Science & Biological Science)
- April 11, 2023: Social Studies
- April 12, 2023: OSS Main Language Paper-I (Sanskrit & Arabic), SSC Vocational course (Theory)
- April 13, 2023: OSS Main Language Paper-II (Sanskrit & Arabic)
TS 10th Class Exam Pattern:
In these exams there will be internal choice only for essay type questions and there will be choice for short form questions. The minister directed the officials to make the model question papers available to the students immediately. It is also suggested that special classes should be organized for the students who are preparing for the 10th class exams. Also, special classes should be conducted on holidays as well. It was directed to identify the dull students in the respective subjects and teach them separately.
TS 9th class exams 2023
It has been decided to conduct exams with only six papers for classes 9 and 10. In this regard, the state government issued an order on December 28 (Wednesday). It said that the reforms will be implemented from 2022-23. In each subject, 80 marks are allotted for examinations and 20 marks for formative assessment. The minister revealed that physical and biological sciences will have equal marks in the science paper.
As the 10th class exams are approaching in Telangana, the teachers and officials have given many instructions to the students to relieve from stress and anxiety. Teachers claim that students will pass with good marks only if they study with concentration and planning. They made it clear that there is a need to take proper precautions to staty away from stress.
