Major Changes in Telangana 10th Class Public Exams: No Grading System

Hyderabad: The Telangana Education Department has made a significant decision regarding the evaluation system for the 10th class public examinations. Changes have been introduced to the exam format, and official orders have been issued. Students will get marks instead of grades from 2024-25. Check all changes below.

Currently, the system allocates 20 marks for internal assessments and 80 marks for the final annual exams in TG 10th class. However, from now on, exams will be conducted for 100 marks (per paper), with the internal marks being completely removed. This new evaluation method will be implemented starting from the 2025-26 academic year, as confirmed by the education department.
