RGUKT 2024 IIIT Admissions: Check Certificate Verification Dates!

As part of the admission process for the four IIITs under the jurisdiction of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) in the state, 48,000 applications have been received as of Tuesday.

The notification for admissions into B.Tech integrated courses for the 2024–25 academic year at the IIITs in Nuzvid, Idupulapaya, Ongole, and Srikakulam was released by RGUKT officials on May 6. Online applications have been accepted since June 8, with the deadline set for 5 PM on June 25. The four IIITs collectively offer 4,000 seats, along with an additional 400 seats under the EWS category, making a total of 4,400 seats available.

Seats in the IIITs are allotted based on reservation to students who have secured the highest marks in their 10th-grade examinations. RGUKT officials anticipate that over 50,000 students may apply by the application deadline.

RGUKT IIIT Admissions 2024 Certificate Verification Dates:

Certificate Verification from July 1: Certificate verification for special category candidates who have applied for seats will commence on July 1. Verification for children of military personnel will take place from July 1 to 3, for sports quota candidates from July 3 to 6, for differently-abled quota candidates on July 3, for Bharat Scouts and Guides quota candidates on July 2 and 3, and for NCC quota candidates from July 3 to 5.

The list of selected candidates will be announced on July 11. Certificate verification for selected candidates will be conducted as follows:

• July 22 and 23 at Nuzvid and Idupulapaya IIITs
• July 24 and 25 at Ongole IIIT
• July 26 and 27 at Srikakulam IIIT
