From 1990 till now, the Telangana govt. has allowed those who have failed to write the exam again. Telangana Council for Technical Education Secretary Dr. C. Srinath said that examinations will be conducted for such people in June 2023.

He released the fee payment schedule for appearing in the exams. Candidates can pay Rs.3,000 as examination fee till April 10, he said. It has been mentioned that the late fee of Rs.400 can be paid till April 14, and under the Tatkal scheme, an additional Rs.6,000 plus examination fee can be paid till April 15.
It has been clarified that Rs.3,000 will have to be paid as industrial assessment fee. This course of three years duration is to be completed in maximum 6 years. After that, with the change in the syllabus, there is no opportunity to write the supplementary exams. Sometimes the government gives special permission on humanitarian grounds. This time, from 1990 to 2018, candidates have been given the opportunity to write exams for failed subjects. They were exempted from three subjects.
