TG EAPCET 2024 Engineering Seat Allotment: CSE Dominates

The first phase of engineering seat allocation took place on Friday, with the Technical Education Department revealing the details in the evening. A total of 175 colleges participated in the counseling process. Under the convener quota, 78,694 seats were available, out of which 75,200 seats were filled, leaving 3,494 seats vacant. Here's a breakdown of the key details:

Officials reported that 95.56% of the seats were filled. A total of 95,735 candidates submitted 62,60,149 options. However, 20,535 options were not valid. Under the EWS quota, 6,038 candidates secured seats. Candidates who received seats have been advised to complete online reporting by the 23rd of this month.

Computer Science Dominates:
