The Help One Scholarship Programme For Class 1st to 10th Supported by Eaton India Foundation for students from families in distress due to death health crisis.

Scholarship Amount: Rs.12000/-

Qualification: Class 1st to 10th

Required Documents:-

1. Applicant Photo
2. Proof of Identity
3. Proof of Address
4. Proof of Income
5. Beneficiary Bank passbook/cancelled cheque
6. Current proof of admission - Admission Letter/ Bonafide certificate from institute/ school fee receipt
7. Latest College Mark sheets (Except first year students)
8. Proof of crisis - Death Certificate/ Medical report
9. Proof of relationship with hospitalized/ deceased (birth certificate/ ration card/ school certificate)

All documents uploaded shall be clear and must be in .jpeg .png file only
