IT Helpdesk
Qualification: HSC (Grade 12) in any field. Technical diploma is preferred, but not mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software, Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Bit Locker Encryption and Service Now incident Management is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic networking concepts, troubleshooting LAN/remote access problems. Ability and willingness to learn quickly, keep knowledge current.
