Job Role: People Coordinator, HR Shared Services Center (Partner Engagement Team)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 2+ years of experience working in an international HR or a shared-service environment with a focus on customer care, employment, benefits, hiring, HR information system (HRIS), compensation, training, or compliance
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills with a customer focus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced experience with spreadsheet applications (Excel and/or Google Sheets)
• Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing-based system is a plus
