1. 1st round: HR with primary focus on communication, aptitude and basic domain knowledge
2. 2nd round: Finance & Accounting knowledge (for the accounting graduates); Non-accounting graduates will be tested in basic logical math and English
3. 3rd round: HR final review and documentation
