Technical Skills:

• Prior Experience in one or more domains (banking/insurance/health care, etc.) or technology (legacy/BPMN/ERP etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong Learning Skills (Technology/Domain) and Solution Mindset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills –Excel, Word and Power Point

Other Skills:

• Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured   environments
• Stays updated with latest trends in Technology
• Self-motivator
