Telangana government has entered into an agreement with HCL company to provide software jobs to the government junior college students as soon as they finish intermediate. Students should study Maths subject in Inter to be eligible for these jobs. HCL will hire 20,000 people annually.

HCL Career Aptitude Test is conducted in the month of February every year for the students studying inter second year in government colleges. Apart from Maths, this exam will have English and Logical Reasoning. Those who get 60 percent marks will be called for interviews. This is also in online mode.

6 months of online training will be given to the selected candidates. After its completion there will be another 6 months internship in HCL office. 10 thousand stipend will be given during this internship. The candidates will receive Rs. 2,50,000 as annual salary.
Another convenience is that you can do an integrated degree in universities like BITS and Amity while working. Salary will be hiked depending on experience.
