Wipro, one of the pioneers in the world’s IT industry, in collaboration with VIT University has come forward with a Unique and outstanding program called “WISTA-Wipro initiated Wipro Software Technology Academy”.
This program is visioned to present a unique concept: “Earn while Learn”, where Science students are gifted with both employment and as well opportunity to pursue 4-years MS course in Information technology from VIT University.
This integrated approach of Industry-institute collaborations, gives students exposure to practical knowledge, which is missing in our present education system. Also this offers the best IT platform, soft skills and lives project exposure along with a monthly scholarship which will increase every year. WIPRO provides students scholarship to support their course. Prior to this course, WIPRO has come forward in collaboration with BITS as WASE.

Scholarship details:
- First 3 months of the academic year: Rs. 7,800
- From the 4th & 12th month of the first academic year: Rs. 12,300
- Second academic year: Rs. 12,800
- Third academic year: Rs. 18,000
- Fourth academic year: Rs.23,000
