Recruitment Process:
JSPL offers a very wide range of opportunities for fresh Engineering graduates of various core branches like Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, I & C, Mining and E & C. Apart from recruiting fresh engineers through " Campus selections" it also conducts a national level competitive exam "GET"- "Graduate Engineer Trainee exam every year. For this exam students pursuing their final year of engineering are also eligible.

Selection Process:
  • Written test: consists of two major sections:
  • Aptitude Test: consists of 55 questions, 20-Verbal Reasoning,20-Mathematics,15-General
  • Domain Test: consists of 60 questions based on core subjects of respective branch of engineering.
  • Group Discussion
  • Personal Interview (Technical + HR)
  • Physical Fitness Assessment

The career path defined typically for JLMG recruits indicates a person's promotion to reach the level of AVP on completion of 10 years subject to his performance. Post achieving the level of AVP, one's further growth is based on his/her performance.

Salary: 3.1 lakhs to 3.4/4.0 lakhs per annum
