The student can cancel his allotted seat by November 18. Those who cancel their seats in the meantime will get a 50 per cent refund of the fee paid. No fees will be refunded if canceled after the deadline. The students can start exercising web options for special round counselling from November 20. The allocation of special round seats will take place from November 24, taking into account the seats that are currently unfilled and the vacant seats in the second phase. Candidates who have secured a seat have already been sent a short message to their registered mobile. So far this year, 4,973 seats have been allotted to the economically weaker sections (EWS quota).
42,310 students have exercised web options in the EAMCET second phase counseling. In the first phase counselling, 45,062 have joined. Vacancies in the second phase were 39,154. 19,797 seats are to be filled even after the second phase counselling.
