TGEAPCET 2024 Revised Counselling Schedule

This is a summary of the important information regarding TGEAPCET 2024 counselling. Please note that the counselling schedule has been postponed. As of today, June 26, 2024, the new dates are given below.

TGEAPCET 2024 Revised Counselling Schedule

The eligible and qualified candidates of TGEAPCET 2024 desirous of seeking admission into BE/ B.Tech/ Pharmacy Courses are informed that the payment of Processing Fee, Slot Booking for Certificate Verification, Certificate Verification and Option exercise will commence as per the schedule given below.

Eligibility for Admission:

• You must be an Indian Citizen.
•  You must belong to the State of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh as defined in the G.O.(P).No. 646, Education (w) Dept., dated 10-07-1979 and its subsequent amendments.

Age Requirements:

• For Engineering (including Technology) and Pharmacy courses: You must be at least 16 years old as of December 31, 2024
• For Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) course: You must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2024.

Scholarship Age Limit:

• The maximum age for obtaining a scholarship is 25 years for Open Category (OC) candidates and 29 years for other categories as of July 1, 2024. This is based on Memo No. 10537/SW (Edn.2)/2011, dated: 20-10-2012 and further guidelines issued by the Social Welfare (Edn.) Department

TGEAPCET 2024 Important Note: Appearing for TGEAPCET-2024 and obtaining a rank does not guarantee admission. You must meet all the eligibility requirements outlined above.

TGEAPCET 2024 Processing Fee: Rs.600/- (for SC/ST) and Rs.1200/- (for Others) through online payment (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking)/ T-Wallet. 

TGEAPCET 2024 Counselling Phases:

• First Phase (Registration postponed): Online filing, fee payment, slot booking, certificate verification, option exercise.
• Second Phase: For candidates who missed first phase or want better options.
• Final Phase: For candidates who haven't secured a seat yet and physically reported in second phase.

Note:- 1. Physical reporting of the Candidate at the allotted college after Second Phase allotment is mandatory. 2. Handover a set of Xerox copies of the Certificates and Original Transfer Certificate (T.C) at the allotted college. 3. Candidates got allotment in Second Phase and not reported at the allotted college are not permitted to exercise options in Final Phase of Counselling.

Note: Dropouts/Cancellations are not permitted after Final Phase.

TGEAPCET 2024 Important Points:

• Pay processing fee online.
• Book slot for certificate verification at nearest Help Line Center.
• Bring original and Xerox copies of required certificates (details on website).
• Exercise options carefully, order is important.
• Pay tuition fee and self-report online if allotted a seat.
• Physical reporting at college mandatory after second phase allotment

TGEAPCET 2024 Additional Notes:

• Minority candidates who haven't qualified TGEAPCET may be considered for leftover seats.
• Special category candidates (PHC/CAP/NCC/Sports/Anglo-Indian) have specific verification procedures.
