UPSC: Civils Prelims 2021 GS Paper 1 Analysis
The Exam was conducted at Hyderabad and Warangal centers amid tight security in Telangana. Heavy police security has been set up in the vicinity of the exam centers. Covid regulations were strictly enforced. However, the number of prelims writers has dropped this time compared to that in 2020. This is due to the fact that online classes are held and there is a lack of proper preparation. This time the students felt that the papers were a bit tough. There were 15 questions from polity and 20 questions from history. Contemporary elements (Current Affairs), out of 8 questions, six of which are from the sports section. 16 questions from science and technology, 25 questions from environment, geography, agriculture and 15 questions from economics.
Expected Civils Prelims 2021 Cut-off:
After analyzing the question paper, the cut-off marks might be similar to that of the previous year (92.5), or there would be 1-2 less marks. If there was no corona pandemic situation, students would have studied more deeply through live classes. The questions, however, seem to be a bit tough.
