Topic: Poverty, Inequality & Unemployment

Prof Puttaswamaiah’s discussion will focus on the critical socio-economic issues like poverty, inequality and unemployment. He will examine the widening economic disparity in India in-depth and analyze the structural factors that have contributed to wealth inequality. He will also discuss how government intervention, job creation through skill development, and fostering entrepreneurship can tackle the challenge of rising unemployment.
