Are Indian Government Jobs Secure? Why So Demanded!!!

Many Indians die-hard for Government jobs of any level of jobs, like Assistant to a Higher level of employment.
Most of Graduates and degree holders dream about Indian Government jobs, just because to secure their life and also desire for additional benefits. Every year lakhs of candidates are applying State, Central Government jobs of any level of the post (Just needed, it should be a Government Post).

The competition for any job is very high; we cannot imagine what it is. Even if you see Peon or Assistant post, the competition is more from Post Graduates and Graduates; andalso, it is 10th class qualification level. Just imagine how Indians are crazy for Government employees.
For an entry-level of Government post 10th or 12th pass qualificationis required, and normal payscale is provided upto Rs.20,000 per month. This means 10th class qualification candidates can easily earn Rs.20k from Govt plus job secure (it’s enough salary for 10th std candidates & Job secure).

But, the scenario is entirely different in the Private IT MNC sector. Many IT companies are providing Rs.15k to Rs.25k to technical and nontechnical qualified candidates and no job security.

Why Most of them hate Private Sector Jobs
Only because of two things
1. No job security
2. High pressure in work
3. Less Salary
4. Career growth is less (every year domain-related updateis required for sustaining).
Who needs such a pressure life, do you.?. No right. So here, Government Jobs come across for most hunted jobs. Any related or any level of employmentis enough to sustain this life without any tensions and job pressure.
