This multi-disciplinary programme of studies builds upon the concepts and methodologies of management, engineering, architecture, law, information technology, social and behavioral sciences and combines theory with practical experience and research work. This programme has been designed to suit the needs of students from India.
PGP IFDM: Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management. It is a full time, residential programme for degree holders.
The objective of the programme is to develop professional techno-managerial leaders with the potential to manage complex infrastructure projects and organisations in India and globally. Curriculum includes with adequate exposure to project evaluation and appraisal, asset management, infrastructure project management, financing, design, construction and operation and maintenance, with an objective to improve the economic, environmental and social sustainability of the infrastructure systems.
PGP CSCDM: Post Graduate Programme in Contemporary Smart City Development and Management. It is a full time, residential Programme for degree holders offered.
PGP CSCDM aims to provide the most contemporary understanding of how smart cities can be conceptualized (greenfield development), modified (brownfield retrofits), and improved in terms of provision of infrastructure capacity and distribution of services.
Eligibility: Candidates who have completed Graduation in Engineering / Architecture / Planning and completed any Degree in the above courses are eligible.

SPA (Delhi) Courses :
The School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, is established by Government of India to provide facilities for rural, urban and regional planning. Apart from Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning courses, SPA offers 10 PG courses.
PG courses : Master of Architecture, Master of Urban Design, Master of Design (Industrial Design), -Master of Planning in Environmental Planning / Housing / Regional Planning / Transport Planning / Urban Planning Specializations are available.
In addition, SPA offers courses such as Master of Building Engineering and Management, Master of Landscape Architecture.
Eligibility: Admission to Bachelor courses is based on rank in JEE Main conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates should have passed the Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field for PG level courses. They are admitted on the basis of examination / interview.

The development of the construction (construction) sector depends on the real estate sector. These two are interconnected. The Real Estate Management Institute of Mumbai (REMI) offers Certificate Programs / Executive Programs / Online Programs to meet the needs of Real Estate Sector. It is training for Certificate Program in Real Estate Business Management, Certificate Program in Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Digital Marketing and Construction Management. Delhi-based Institute of Real Estate Management (NIREM) also offers courses such as Diploma in Real Estate Marketing and Diploma in Real Estate Management as per market requirements.
Skill courses
Most of the workers in the construction sector have no training. They just assist their seniors. As they are not fully trained, their wages are low. National Academy of Construction (NAC) of Hyderabad is training such people. Depending on the of interests of intermediate, tenth and seventh passed people, it trains for three months for General Works Supervisor, Heavy Works Supervisor, Land Surveyor, Store Keeper, Electrical House Wiring, Plumbing and Sanitation, Carpentry, Building Carpentry, Bar Bending, Painting and Decoration, Welding, curtain and garment stitching works.
