The APPSC has notified that no candidate will be allowed for the examination after expiry of the grace period i.e., 9:45 A.M for the Forenoon session and 1:45 P.M for the Afternoon session.
For a total of 92 vacancies notified, 1,26,449 candidates are appearing for the Screening Test. The Screening Test will be held at 297 venues in 18 Districts of Andhra Pradesh. The Commission has made all the necessary arrangements and the Hall Tickets are hosted on 31.12.2022 for downloading.

The details of District wise venues and the specimen copies of instructions with regard to filling up of Question Paper Booklet and OMR Answer Sheets are also available on the Commission’s website (htts://psc.ap.gov.in). The candidates are advised to download the Hall Tickets well in advance and acquaint with the terms and conditions with regard to reporting timings and other guidelines.

The control rooms will be established at 18 District Collectorates from 06.01.2023 and candidates may approach for any assistance required in identifying the venue.
Instructions for candidates with disabilities
APPSC further informed that, in case the persons with benchmark disabilities (not less than 40 percent) in the category of blindness, loco motor disability (both arm affected-BA) and cerebral palsy, the facility of scribe assistant shall be given, if so desired by the person.
In case the candidate is allowed to bring his own scribe, the qualification of the scribe should be one step below the prescribed qualification for the post. The candidate shall submit the disability certificate and scribe details along with copy of I.D proof issued by Government i.e., Passport, Pan Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Government Employee ID or Driving License, and one recent passport size photo of the scribe.

He / She shall fill the details in an affidavit (prescribed proforma), available with the invigilator. The scribe shall be allowed only after verification of genuineness of physical disability and credentials of the scribe by the Chief Superintendent of the concerned venue. Liaison officer and Chief Superintendent will do genuinity check of the scribe as per the details declared by the candidate. In case the requirement of scribe is genuine, but however the scribe accompanied by candidate do not meet the requisite conditions for allowing as per the norms, the Chief Superintendent will arrange the scribe.
