Changes have been made in the dates of Summative Assessment-2 (SA) exams for the students of class 1 to class 9. The education department said that 10th class exams are from 3rd to 13th of April. In this context, it has decided to start the examinations for the remaining classes from April 12.

According to the newly released schedule, the exams for classes 1 to 5 will be completed on April 17 as there are only four subjects. Exams will be held till April 20 for students from class 6 to class 9.

The education department said in a statement that the results of these examinations should be disclosed to the students on April 21 and recorded in the records. When it comes to summer vacations, students will have summer vacations for a total of 48 days. The announcement stated that these examinations will be held from 9.30 am to 12 noon for the students of class 1 to class 5. It has been mentioned that the examinations will be held from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm for sixth and seventh class students, from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm for eighth class students, and from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm for ninth class students.

It is also possible that the half-day classes will start from the second week of March. This year schools will have summer vacation from April 25 to June 11. After that, schools will resume on June 12.
