disinterested > < uninterested

 An uninterested (శ్రద్ధ లేని) person is bored, unconcerned, or indifferent. 
  Eg. Many persons are uninterested in the outcome of the elections. 

A disinterested (నిష్పక్షపాతమైన) person is impartial, unbiased, or has no interest in the outcome 
Eg. Like a cricket umpire.
