Both are correct. కానీ చాలా మంది మొదటిదే కరెక్ట్ అనుకొంటారు కానీ రెండూ కరెక్టే . కానీ అర్ధం తేడా
It's time to go. [నీవు వెళ్లాల్సిన సమయం అయ్యింది]
It's time that you went అంటే, it is already late అని అర్థం
It's time for you to concentrate on your studies (అంటే నీవు ఇక చదువు మొదలుపెట్టే సమయం ఆసన్నం అయ్యింది)
It's time that you concentrated on your studies. (అంటే: You are already late in concentrating on your studies. At least do it now. [ఇప్పటికన్నా మొదలు పెట్టు]
Mother: It's time that our daughter got married. [ఇప్పటికే ఆలస్యం అయ్యిందని ఆమె భావన. ]
