spic and span - neat, clean, and well looked after. Eg. Their house is always kept spick and span.
speak/ think of the devil - This means that the person you're just talking about actually appears at that moment. Eg. Hi Sagar, speak of the devil, I was just telling Lata about your new bike.
see eye to eye - This means agreeing with someone. Eg. After the elections, they do not see eye to eye.
when pigs fly - Something that will never happen.
Eg. When pigs fly, the government will bring back all the black money deposited in Swiss banks.
to cut corners - To do something badly or cheaply.
Eg. They really cut corners when they built this bathroom; the shower is leaking.
