Unemployed youth of Telangana have been waiting since long time for recruitment notifications. The state government is now working to make a huge job announcement soon. With the completion of allocations and postings of government employees and teachers, the Telangana government will soon start filling the vacancies in various government departments. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao may take the decision soon and issue the job notification by the end of this month. According to government sources, the Chief Minister is planning to hold a meeting with Chief Minister Somesh Kumar and secretaries of various departments to finalize the number of vacancies to be filled in Phase-1.

In the 1st phase of recruitments, the government is planning to fill 70,000 posts. Of these, 17 thousand are police jobs. TSPSC is also making necessary arrangements to issue Group 2 and group 3 notifications. CM KCR recently announced that the jobs will be filled after the completion of the new district-wise allocation of employees in the state.
