TSPSC Cancelled Exams To Be Held in May 2023?

The Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) will announce the new schedule for the exams of various posts canceled due to the leakage of question papers within a week.

TSPSC is working to conduct the cancelled exams soon. There is a possibility of changes in the dates of the already scheduled exams. The re-examination date was announced as June 11 on the same day as the Group-1 preliminary was cancelled. However, group-1 along with cancelled AEE, DAO, AE, veterinary assistant exams new scheduke will be finalized.

After reviewing the schedule of Central Government and various competitive exams, TSPSC will announce the suitable dates for the exams within a week. The exams are planned to be conducted in the month of May itself.

TSPSC Computer Based Tests

It has been decided that as many examinations as possible will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.In this regard, the chairman suggested to the officials to make arrangements to conduct the exam under the CBT system, but it may not be possible by now, but the officials said that arrangements would be made by August.

Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) is being conducted for which a small number of candidates are competing. It is expected that this system will be useful for faster disclosure of results along with greater security. TSPSC is reviewing the examinations of horticulture officers, assistant motor vehicle inspectors, ground water officers, drug inspectors, polytechnic lecturers, librarians, physical directors be conducted as usual. If necessary, it is possible to reschedule these with a period of one week to 15 days. But the Commission is planning to conduct all these in the CBRT method.

CBRT method for TSPSC Groups Exams

81 thousand people applied for AEE posts and 74 thousand people applied for AE posts. Despite the large number of candidates, as there are various categories in these posts, it is expected to conduct the examinations according to the CBRT system. This will increase the speed of examination administration and result declaration. It is considering the issue of calculating the marks under the normalization system by conducting phase-wise examinations for groups jobs as per CBRT method. The decision will be taken soon as per the appeals of the candidates.

The commission is considering to bring cyber security policy in TSPSC. For a week, there was a special meeting with IT department heads and cyber experts of IIT Hyderabad, JNTU and Osmania University. It examined the conduct of examinations, confidential affairs, cyber security, alert system etc. in the CBRT system. It took suggestions on changes to be made and safety matters.
