The process of recruitment of teachers in Telangana welfare gurukula educational institutions is underway.

The Finance Department has already issued approvals for filling up 9,096 posts in the four Gurukula Societies and entrusted the responsibility of recruitment to the Telangana Gurukula Educational Institutions Recruitment Board (TREI-RB).

Telangana Gurukula Jobs Recruitment 2022

In this regard, gurukula welfare societies have prepared proposals (indents) with complete information about job vacancies, roster points, reservations etc.

Due to the new zonal policy, the preparation of the proposals has been delayed. Recently as per GO 317 job allotments in all gurukula societies has been completed and the information has been reported to the state government. Government approval is currently pending. As soon as the job allotment proposals are approved, the societies which will issue the allotment orders to the employees. There is a possibility to immediately submit the job filling proposals to the board.

Most vacancies.
At present, most of the gurukula groups are under the BC Gurukula Society. The state government has sanctioned 9,096 posts out of which more than a third of the vacancies are in the Mahatma Jyothibha Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Gurukul Vidya Sansthala Society (MJPTBBCWREIS).

After that, there are 2,267 vacancies under the Telangana Social Welfare Gurukul Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS), 1,514 vacancies under the Telangana Tribal Welfare Gurukul Educational Institutions Society, and 1,445 vacancies under the Telangana Minority Gurukul Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS). TET is linked to merit for Gurukula TGT posts. In this order, recently the TET results have also come out and the way has been paved for the appointments of the respective posts.

The rules for PGT, JL and DL posts have also been finalized. In this order, a senior official of the Gurukula Society informed to Sakshi that as soon as the Gurukula Societies submit their indents to the recruiment board, they will be examined in about a fortnight and category-wise notifications will be released.
