Telangana Introduces Job Guarantee Courses in BFSI in 38 Colleges: Check the List

In an effort to bolster employment opportunities, the Telangana government has launched job guarantee courses in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. These courses will be offered in 38 colleges across the state starting from the 2024-25 academic year.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has officially inaugurated the program on September 25, 2024. Alongside their regular degree programs, students will receive specialized BFSI skills training as a mini-degree course. 

BFSI Sector: List of Colleges Offering Job Guarantee Courses

The government has released a list of 18 engineering colleges and 20 degree colleges that will offer these courses, providing training to approximately 10,000 students. To ensure wider accessibility, the government has launched an online portal connecting students with BFSI companies. This portal will facilitate direct recruitment through video calls and provide students with a platform to showcase their skills and qualifications.
