1. Professor: 08 Posts
NIRDPR Professor Recruitment 2025 - Qualifications: An Officer belonging to Group-A or equivalent holding analogous post in Level-14 or with 2 years of service in Level-13 and having experience of 10 years in the fields related to rural development/ panchayati raj / agriculture and allied sectors. OR An Officer in scale higher than Scale 6 or in Scale 6 with minimum 2 years of experience from the banking sector (RBI/ NABARD/ RRBs/ Nationalised banks) with the experience of having worked for a minimum of 2 years as Lead District Manager / Lead Bank Officer / District Development Manager/ faculty in the training institutions of the banks and minimum of 10 years’ experience in the fields related to rural development/ panchayati raj/ agriculture and allied sectors.

2. Associate Professor: 04 Posts
NIRDPR Associate Professor Recruitment 2025 - Qualifications: An Officer belonging to Group – A or equivalent holding analogous post in level -13A or with 2 years of service in level-12 and having experience of 10 years in the fields related to rural development/ panchayati raj / agriculture and allied sectors. OR An Officer in scale higher than Scale-5 or in Scale-5 with minimum 2 years experience from the banking sector (RBI/NABARD/ RRBs/ Nationalised banks) with the experience of having worked for a minimum of 2 years as lead district officers/ district development managers/ faculty in the training institutions of the banks and having a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the fields related to rural development/ panchayati raj/ agriculture and allied sectors.

3. Assistant Professor: 09 Posts
NIRDPR Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025 - Qualifications: A Group-A or equivalent officer of Central/ State Government holding analogous post or with 4 years of experience in the areas/ fields of Rural Development/ Panchayati Raj/ Agriculture and Allied Sectors. OR An Officer in scale higher than Scale-4 or in Scale-4 with minimum 4 years experience from banking sector (RBI/ NAABARD / RRBs/ Nationalised Banks) having worked for a minimum period of 2 years as Lead District Manager / Lead Bank Officer / District Development Manager/ Officer/ Faculty in Training Institutes of Banks and with a work experience of 4 years in the areas / fields of Rural Development Panchayati Raj/ Agriculture and Allied sectors.
