Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has secured a landmark collaboration with McDonald’s, reinforcing Telangana’s position as a prime destination for global investments. This partnership, one of the most significant in recent times, will establish Hyderabad as the home of McDonald’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) for India. The move is expected to generate thousands of job opportunities and enhance the state’s reputation as a hub for talent development and industry growth.
During high-level discussions with McDonald’s Chairman & CEO Chris Kempczinski, along with key executives including Skye Anderson, President of Global Business Services, Jon Banner, Chief Global Impact Officer, and Deshant Kaila, Head of GBS India, an agreement was finalized to position Hyderabad as a vital operational and training centre for McDonald’s India operations. This strategic move underscores Telangana’s commitment to fostering global business partnerships and driving economic growth in the region.
