US Universities Ask the Students to Return Back Before Trump's Inauguration; Here's Why!!

Universities are sending out messages to students, advising them to return before the inauguration to avoid potential complications with visas under Trump’s policies. Concerns are growing about possible immigration issues, especially after the tough stance the previous administration took on H-1B visa holders.

Fears of Restrictions on Student Visas:

Due to the stringent measures taken against H-1B visa holders during the previous government, there are now fears that similar restrictions could be applied to student visas under Trump's administration. In light of this, universities are advising students currently on winter break to return early, ensuring their studies are not disrupted.

With uncertainty looming over U.S. immigration policies, international students are being urged to stay informed about any changes that could impact their visa status or re-entry into the country post-inauguration.

In the past, some students have been denied entry into the U.S. after returning from vacations, often due to issues related to their part-time job status. University sources now predict that similar problems could arise for a larger number of students this time.
