Eligibility:
M.E. Biotechnology: Any integrated First Degree of BITS or its equivalent with adequate preparation in Biochemistry and Microbiology
M.E. Chemical, Civil (specialization in Infrastructure Engg. & Management), Civil (specialization in Structural Engg.), Civil (specialization in Transportation Engg.), Computer Science, Mechanical & Mechanical with specialization in Thermal: Integrated First Degree of BITS in the respective discipline or its equivalent.
M.E. Communication Engineering: Integrated First Degree of BITS in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication or its equivalent
M.E. Design Engineering: Integrated First Degree of BITS in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent
M.E. Manufacturing Systems Engineering: Integrated First Degree of BITS in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent
M.E. Embedded Systems: Integrated First Degree of BITS in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science or its’ equivalent
M.E. Microelectronics: Integrated First Degree of BITS in Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication / Computer Science/ Physics or its equivalent
M.E. Software: Systems Any Integrated First Degree of BITS or its equivalent with specific prior preparation
M.E. Sanitation Science, Technology and Management Integrated: First Degree of BITS or its equivalent in the areas of Biology, Civil, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry. Any other M.Sc. or B.E. with adequate preparations may be considered for this programme
M.Pharm., M.Pharm. (specialization in Pharmaceutical Chemistry) & M.Pharm. (specialization in Pharmaceutics): Integrated First Degree of BITS in Pharmacy or its equivalent
M.Phil. in Liberal Studies: Integrated First Degree of BITS in any discipline or; M. A. /M. Sc. in Humanities and Social Sciences: Any other M.Sc./M.S.W. degree or its equivalent with the requirement of taking certain additional courses
