Job Role: Customer Service – Process Associate (English)

Eligibility: B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BA, BBA, MBA, BE/ B.Tech (Any discipline) students graduating in 2024 with minimum 50% aggregate throughout the academics and with no backlogs.

Skills

• Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Analytical skills with customer centric approach
• Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: HR Round
• 2nd round: Voice/Chat assessment
• 3rd round: Operations round
