Qualification: Degree (BCA/ BBA/ BSc/ B.Com) MBA (All Disciplines) 2021 graduates with 60% aggregate throughout academics with no backlogs.

Technical Skills:

Good computer knowledge & Networking
Microsoft Office
JAVA, C, C++, HTML, MySQL (Added advantage)
Typing 30 WPM

Skills:

0 - 1 year of ecommerce experience, preferably with Amazon/Flipkart/BigBasket/Other e-commerce platforms
Highly motivated self-starter and responsible with proven assistance and follow-through ability
Take responsibility for quality of work in terms of accuracy and content
Ability to organise and prioritise, managing multiple projects with high attention to detail
Excellent communicator with strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to take direction and input from multiple people
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to adapt/learn new skills as the market changes
Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace, Shopify
Experience with Microsoft office suite (excel and word), Adobe Photoshop, and Google Analytics platforms is beneficial
Minimum 0-2 years' experience in ecommerce platform
Demonstrates strong logical, quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organise, multi-task and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Strong Excel skills a plus (lookups, nested IF functions, PivotTables, data wrangling)
Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with partners across functions and levels
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a passion for learning and success.
