Job Role: IT Recruiter (US Staffing)

Eligibility: Any graduate 2022 and 2023 pass outs with 60% aggregate and with no backlogs need to apply.

Technical Skills:

Provide support to an organization in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
Should be able to find multiple resumes and capable of finding resource for RN's, LPN's, Medical assistant etc..
Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc (Healthcare Nursing)
Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)
Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US
Have brief knowledge of clinical and non-clinical domain within healthcare.
Contribute to the human resource management and employment for smooth functioning of a medical facility
Review large number of resumes or curriculum vitae • Research for job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate.
Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
Manage interview on telephones to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals , etc.
Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
