1. People Experience Leader

Qualifications

• Strong Academic background with 12+ years’ work experience in HR, MBA
• Prior experience in business partnering, client HR management, people leadership and running HR processes in medium/large sized organizations
• Understanding of the Voice of the Customer importance, prior experience in creating/enhancing customer experience will be a plus

 

2. Regional Learning & Development Leader

Qualifications

• Good Academic background with Masters in HR/MBA degree
• 12+ years of seasoned HR, organization development, L&D leadership and/or leadership development background, demonstrates passion in building capability at an org level and developing people
• Prior experience in designing large scale initiatives with demonstrated ability to engage teams, embrace ambiguity, think strategically, and execute change for results

 

3. HR Manager

Qualifications

• Management Experience in Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR field.
