Customer Care Executives 

Eligibility Criteria: BE/ B.Tech (Any discipline) B.Com, B.Sc 2021 pursuing students with minimum aggregate of 60% and no active back logs need to apply.

Technical Skills:

• Good Typing Skills - Min of 15 WPM /75 % Accuracy.
• Adept at operating computers and familiarity with Internet is desired.
• Aptitude: -Process Orientation, Systems thinking.
• Key Competencies: -Average/ Good communication skills depending on process, should have pleasing telephone etiquettes, Customer focus, and willingness to learn.
• Language specification: -English, Hindi in general and the local language of that particular region.

Interview Procedure:

• 1st round: JAM (Just a Minute).
• 2nd round: Typing, Aptitude.
• 3rd round: Versant Assessment.
• 4th round: Hr.
• 5th round: Operations/Client round wherever applicable.
